We’re often asked about our gender reveal decor, and we’re often a bit confused about how to do it.
We know that it can be really easy to get carried away with it, but how do you actually do it?
How do you get the most out of it?
I’m going to share with you some tips to help you get started.
I’ll show you how to make a simple but very stylish gift box, but I’m also going to show you some ideas for making a more elaborate, full-blown display.
There are a lot of great resources on the internet about the gender reveal, and I’m going be covering a lot more of that material in this article.
But first, I want to say a big thank you to Sarah, who is the creator of this blog.
We were fortunate to have her help us with this project.
And thank you to my dear friend, Rebecca, who helped with this post.
Sarah’s also the author of The Gender Reveal Dress Guide: The Basics.
Here’s a link to the gender reveal dress guide.
It has everything you need to know to get started: and here’s a video of Sarah talking about the project.
You can also follow Sarah on Twitter and Instagram.
She’s also a member of The Gendered Revolution movement.
As Sarah says, “I’ve been living my life as a trans woman for the past 18 years, and this project has been a huge influence on my life.
I think that this project really shows how gender is an essential part of who I am.
I want it to be a powerful part of my identity too.”
What do you think?
Have you made a gender reveal gift box for yourself?
Is there anything you’d change?
Do you think gender reveal dresses are too complicated?
